“I'm new to crafting and today was only the second time I've gone shopping for craft supplies. I've been around weston twice now trying various shops but ended up buying 95%+ of my supplies at the works. But what really bowled me over and made me write only my second review ever was how friendly, attentive, professional and knowledgeable the 2 lovely ladies were who helped me. I knew I wanted some colours and that was was about it. They must have spent a good 20 minutes helping me work out exactly the right colours for my project, explained about ply, showed an interest in what I was doing and were just all round lovely people. I'd not had the best day but they put a smile on my face a spring in my step. Cannot recommend this place enough.”

“Staff seemed pretty jolly. No small 'Scooby' dog balls but some of the other grain free yummies for our pooch! Conveyor belt on till needed new batteries so checkout lady did some upper-torso yoga - clearly going the extra for customer service. We went here as town centre shop less well stocked.”
