“Good shop, friendly staff who serve you properly behind the tills and still (thankfully) take cash. I live in Portishead although I was a regular customer at one time in the Portishead branch, I refuse to use the Poundland there since they moved premises to the High Street and went all self serve. I do not work for Poundland, so I don't expect to have to do their job for them. I haven't even got as far as checking whether their discriminatory self-serve tills are now card only or take cash as I will never set foot in that branch again and will always drive to Nailsea to get proper, friendly service.
Well done Nailsea. Shame on you, Portishead.”
