“The staff were incredible at the Wells branch, gave me honest feedback and felt super confident in the choices I had made for glasses. ? staff 10/10…… although I can’t believe in the two years since I was there last… the computer systems are still totally outdated…… it’s 2025!!! I had to move to another screen, and wait a really long time whilst it crashed a few times then finally got stuck on a page. Whoever is getting a bigger bonus instead of reinvesting in the company you do to do better by your staff!!! Better computer systems, faster more effective customer service and happy customers!! I only came back because of the staff. But get new computer systems!!”
