my glasses got bent so i returned them to the store, with a guarantee they’d be able to reshape them. the man who helped me unfortunately gouged a huge scratch into the lens of my glasses. upon noticing this, i took them back to the store again, with an incredibly kind lady who helped me and got a new lens ordered. this was then fit within the week, and I had my glasses back no issue. this was also not charged, as they accepted the fault on their behalf. specsavers are very quick to identify and fix issues with their products and i really appreciate the service

Very quickly found the problem with my eyes and were able to send me away with a new pair of lovely designer glasses the next month. The glasses are beautiful and their deals are amazing, my eyes have never been so happy. Every member of staff i saw was very friendly, with one even stopping to chat about tattoos with me.
