This is the most inefficient, poorly run chemist I have come across,
They blame everyone including GP’s for their lackluster inefficiency.
Management need to change and the team need positive direction, accountability and motivation.
Everyone suffers due to the inadequate management of this store.

No matter what time of day you go in you will always be queueing for ages as the service is so slow.
I put through an emergency prescription order a week ago, had the pharmacist call the following day who confirmed it would be ready the next day which it wasn't. I was then away for 4 days and went back in on Monday... read full comment
