Friendly people and staff , pub could do with a deep clean , very dusty not sure if I would want to eat here.

At last a landlord and lady who know what they are doing - and doing it well. It has begun to have its day in the limelight as a proper village pub.

We are visitors to the area but please note that this pub is not serving food until next Wednesday 02/08/23. We turned up hoping to eat here but was told the kitchen was closed. New owners were very polite.

Friendly village pub, serving a selection of ciders, lagers and Cask Marque ale. With a secluded beer garden at the rear of the property and ample parking, as well as on street parking within walking distance. Easily accessible with a ramp to the front entrance. Located in the the village of Farmborough, directly on the Timsbury Road. Live sports shown (on terrestrial). Renound for Sunday Lunch, booking is always advisable.
