I ended up coming back and speaking to a few more of their wonderful staff and with some great salesmanship I was able to leave something new and a smile on my face.I'm sorry I can't mention the two other ladies that helped. “This really is a top class charity shop actively letting people with learning disabilities volunteer. The clothes are all pressed before going on sale. There is always a great selection of books, CD's, DVD's etc and the manager runs a happy ship. This comes with a really well presented retail unit that uses its money for a great cause. “I am just writing to tell you that, I came into your store last week, having never shopped there before. I needed quite a few items and I am quite a short guy.. so wasn't sure I would be able to get my sizes in shirts, an overcoat, track suit and a load of clothes needed for a trip next week. Reason for this message is the standard of service I got for the 40 mins I was there. sadly, I have forgotten the shop assistants name, not a brag but I've shopped around the world, and this guy, was probably the most helpful, friendly and knowledgable, I have ever met! Nothing was to much trouble, he had great suggestions for outfits that I could match and so much more. Almost everything I bought had to be ordered, but he didn't make it a problem at all. It was a big purchase, and he earned your store quite a lot of sales in that 40 minutes.. all down to his help and suggestions. It's all too common these days to not get a good experience in a busy store, especially if items are not in stock, and require that extra effort from staff. He was very professional and has now made your store in Taunton, my shop of choice for my clothes.. I'll be back for Christmas shopping soon! “Yes they have a nice selection sometimes of housewares and other clothing for men women children and baby but the checkout process can be very slow and cumbersome scan membership card remove tags remove hanger put hanger in box out tags in box and then finally pay . Bonus is because you have officially worked there for 15 minutes you get 5 pounds off your next shop. But seriously it is a long winded process through the checkout and the tags often don't come off easily . That's why it's 4 not 5 stars x”

“I like going here on occasions to see what deals are on. Also you can drop parcels off here.Climbing stuff doesn't seem to be about? Or moved I didn't see it. Probably to much camping and tent stuff in stock and on display, had to move things about.I looked at bike gear today. Some ok stuff. PThings are good when in stock not always on the shelf is the down side of here. Shoes in boxes but sometimes limited sizes which is a down side.Other bonus is being a member and paying a better price than retail. Sometimes your surprised at the till as it's a bit cheaper than you expected.”
