“I called in today looking for comfortable walking boots. Carina who initially served was lovely and really helpful and friendly. Richard who took over in serving me was brilliant also.Richard was so patient and friendly throughout. I do have problems with buying shoes and they have to be right.
Richard had no problems with going up and down the stairs getting various pairs of boots for me to try before I finally decided on the Peter Storm Caldbeck walking boots.
I even got a very good discount from Richard when I paid.
Overall an excellent buying experience from start to finish at Millets Bridgwater made so by the brilliant customer service from Richard and Carina. 5* service.”

“Just want to say what an excellent job Chantelle did today at Bridgwater Halfords. I had booked what I thought was a free tire check at the autocentre but went there and they had no record of it, so they sent me to Halfords store. Despite being seemingly low staffed and them also not having record of my booking, she offered to do a free 10 point check as part of my membership package, which she did thoroughly and effectively. Her positive attitude and willingness to do more than she needed to do is worthy of praise and was appreciated.”

“My mother-in-law purchased for my daughter a single fitted sheet with two inflatable side guards. After a little while, one of the side guards began to deflate in a daily basis - there seemed to be a very small hole letting out air.
When I contacted the company to tell them about my problem, I spoke to a very nice lady by the name of Rowan. She apologised for my experience, and searched the warehouse for any spare inflatable - as they are now discontinued. As she had promised, she phoned me back at the end of the day to say she had managed to locate one. She sent it out that day and I received it two days later.

I placed a Click & Collect order today, but unfortunately it wasn’t ready due to a technical difficulty. We first called customer service, but they weren’t able to help us. When we then spoke to Magda, she was absolutely amazing. Despite being very busy, she was so kind, helpful and patient, and made sure we were looked after and got our order sorted. We had to wait for an hour, but we were happy to do so as we didn’t want to rush the staff, who were clearly struggling today. We really appreciate Magda’s effort, she has been working hard at that store for years now – she turned what was a stressful experience into a positive one. Please give her the recognition she truly deserves – we’re so happy with the service from her today!
