Paul is fantastic at explaining what’s wrong so you can understand and he’s very helpful with accommodating to fit you in. Whenever he can he always try’s to save you money which is amazing and exactly what we all want. He's team are all really friendly and helpful as well. Especially ( puss). “I have had the pleasure of using Dave and the team for several years now, thanks to a recommendation from a friend. They are superb, reasonably priced, honest knowledgeable and swift to resolve any problems with my vehicles.This week one of my vans broke down and needed recovery. I called mid morning, was told to have it delivered by the recovery vehicle and they would look at it when they could. 24hrs later I collected my repaired vehicle and had a very reasonable bill to pay. “If you want an honest, reliable and professional service Aiden is your man. After a few local garages refused to look at my car, I rang Aiden and he booked me in within a few days. He even offered me a courtesy car whilst my car was being repaired. “I had a bit of a nightmare recently when a valve snapped while putting air in my tyres at Morrisons and the whole tyre deflated. I was panicked, anxious and didn’t know what to do, so I went straight over to Kwik Fit (my first time there) and asked if they could help. The team were absolutely brilliant – so kind, friendly and reassuring. They sent a technician straight over who removed the tyre, fitted a new valve, and then they even checked and did the air in all four tyres for me. Their customer service was amazing from start to finish, and they turned a stressful situation into a really positive experience. I’ll definitely be going back to Kwik Fit if I need anything done on my car. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!”

“Outstanding - I notice a horrific noise from my car on a lunch break and I called them on the off chance they could check it as they are just down the road from my office. They let me pop in to check it and turns out it was a broken coil spring, which meant my car was not safe to drive. Had they not checked, I could have had catastrophic issues with my car. Not only that, but they got it in the next day and repaired it. These guys literally saved me a huge hassle/potential expense as I commute from Exeter to Taunton 5 days a week. I will definitely be returning for pretty much anything that I need for my car. Cheers guys - 10 stars.”

“Contacted PD as needed help with new tyres for my X1. They were really helpful and recommended Vredestein Quatrac Pro All Season tyres due to being RWD and the start of winter. Also asked them to carry out a 4 wheel laser alignment as had my suspicions it wasn't tracking quite right.When we got the car back in felt completely transformed! Drives brilliantly and has so much more grip allowing you to feel the road properly. The alignment was out and they completely fixed it. Car feels absolutely planted now and doesn't wander at all! They also showed us the the before and after settings on all the adjustments.Will definitely be using these guys again. Thank you for such an awesome service!”

“Karl and his team saved our holiday.We were 200 miles from home and the alternator on our Jag XF packed in. The car was still running, so I visited the local KwikFit, who were very helpful and diagnosed the problem, but said it was a job they couldn't take on.The local Jaguar dealer told me it would be WEEKS before they could fit us in.The RAC recommended K & R and took us to the premises. Karl understood our plight, ordered the parts, and fixed it in 24 hours! I can't praise them enough. Thanks to their work we were able to continue a holiday that had very nearly been ruined.”
