Brought my car in, spot on with timing and clarity of verbal and written feedback was excellent. This allowed me to approach the garage I bought from with clear, independent evidence of my issues and they agreed to resolve at their cost. “Excellent service, Martin sent me a reminder that my MOT was due, that I had forgotten! I rang him, booked it in. Martin came and picked up my car . Unfortunately it failed the MOT but Martin rang me to discus what needed doing first before he went and did the repair. This for me is ideal so I didn’t get a nasty big bill that I wasn’t expecting. Also being female Martin explains things in a way for me to understand . He’s honest and fair and will say if you don’t need something doing so you don’t waste your money. A genuine guy if I could give a higher rating I would. I wouldn’t go anywhere else”
