“A widowed pensioner I messed up on my repeat prescriptions from my on line supplier. Getting a prescription for missing items, now posted by the GP on “the cloud” I went to the chemist next to PMG. A long queue which didn’t move after some wait. Few staff very slow. Went to Westhill Pharmacy. A number of very helpful and attentive staff who quickly attended to the short queue. A matter of minutes and I was given my medication with a polite helpful and understanding young man. Well done Westhill. Would highly recommend.”

“I am writing this review because I feel sorry the staff in the Pharmacy are getting a hard time, it's not their fault if the system is broken. I'm sure I would find it difficult to be delivering good customer service, if all I got was complaints for things out of my control and trying to do their best. Just heard this store is closing in 6 months, so there will be something different to complain about”
