I specialise in teaching yoga and personal training for those living with long-term health conditions. Over the last decade I’ve gathered the maximum 500 hours of yoga teacher training and over 1,000 hours of specialist fitness qualifications. I've run retreats, bootcamps and classes across the south west of the UK.
The Yoga Cabin is my blissful sanctuary from the busyness of modern life. A clean, peaceful, healing space for you to rest and reinvigorate.
I am also the manager of The Beach Wellness, a charity-run gym in partnership with the NHS.
