I’d like to compliment the service I got today. I walked into pub and was greeting politely and professionally by a gentleman called John. We didn’t have a reservation but he sorted a table for us and made us feel welcome.

We booked an overnight stay as having a girls weekend in Bath. I chose this hotel for the location, value and from previous reviews. Firstly the staff were all very warm, welcoming and professional.
