On arrival staff were so helpful and friendly, we explained we would be early mornings and late evenings due to being balloonists down for Longleat weekend. Room was fantastic and the breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. My wife could not attend and I tried contact the hotel of the issue and change to a single room but the phones did not work for three days before our visit because of a change in telephone provider.
