“Had my loan 3 years and never had a problem, never harrassed, called them today for a settlement and requested a call back, got it with in 1 hour, 10 minutes after i got my settlement and was paid off straight away, helpful on the call sent a email confirming it was settled, guarantor never been contacted apart from a letter to say they had been taken over, i have no complaints.”
