I had a parcel delivered by a Bristol based delivery office to the wrong address but wasn’t given any idea where it had ended up and the Royal Mail customer service line was utterly useless. Estelle went above and beyond, tracking down my parcel and sending a postman to retrieve it whilst I waited! What a surprising result given the state of the institution. Faith in humanity restored. “I’ve been going to this post office for 6 years and I can honestly say it’s the best I’ve ever been to.The staff are so knowledgable, helpful and friendly- they always go above and beyond to help me with any postal queries. The post office is very popular but the queue always moves quickly as the staff are really quick to deal with customers.I highly recommend West End Post office.”
