What dreadful customer service !! Not only do I have to travel to Clevedon to do my banking now as all my local branches have shut.. but I stand like a lemon in the empty branch while being totally ignored by all the staff .. was I invisible or just an irritation that I wanted to use the counter service and not the machines... read full comment

I recently had my card cancelled whilst on holiday, I went into Clevedon branch, now that Portishead is closed, and had excellent service, card sorted, nice to see that most of the Portishead staff were there, keep up the good work.
