I had badly messed up trying to D.I.Y my own roots and they made me feel at ease and really listened to what I wanted to achieve.I was in for my appointment 48 hours later and Steph did an amazing job of transforming my sad yellow roots into a very pretty ashy brown throughout.Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”
