“I had my hair cut by Isabelle on Saturday and I genuinely couldn’t recommend her or the salon enough. The whole place has a really nice and relaxed vibe, and all the staff who were in seemed lovely.

Isabelle took so much care and attention with my hair and explained everything she did as she was doing it - I was having quite a lot of length off so it was really reassuring understanding the process a bit more. I also have trouble with my neck and can find hair washes really uncomfortable but she gave me plenty of breaks and was checking in with me the whole time. The only thing that would be nice would be a cushion around the edge of the sink!

I left the salon with the best haircut I think I’ve ever had, and I’m sure it’s down to the fact she took so much time and attention making sure she was doing what I wanted and that I was happy the whole time. Thank you!”

“After a bad experience in another salon I came in to charisma to ask for some advice , Becky made time for me , put me at ease straightaway and together with another stylist called Kelly they came up with a plan to fix it , I was able to book an appointment within a couple of days . I was so nervous that morning but I'm so glad I put my trust in these lovely ladies , Kelly applied the most amazing colour and Becky cut it to perfection! “A fantastic little salon! I have my hair done by Liliana who is a very knowledgeable and creative hairdresser, and very good company. It feels like chatting with a friend, which is essential when my hair naturally takes 3 or so hrs to highlight/style! I showed her a picture of the cut and colour I was after (a pearly blonde shade with bangs), and she matched it perfectly (my pictures don't do the colour justice!) Tara the owner has also been very friendly and helpful. Pricing is somewhere in the upper half of the market, but I've always felt it's worth the money as they do such an excellent job. Thank you!”
