I’ve used Boots Opticians’s in Clevedon for several years. The staff have always been helpful and friendly. I have recently had to make a number of visits regarding my contact lenses, and the two Nicola’s and Alison have gone out of their way to get everything right for me. A massive thanks to them all.

Excellent service by the pharmacists

Went to till with my purchases this morning 11 th December. There was no one at the till. Waited a long time before lady appeared telling me she was serving someone so I stepped back. She carried on talking to this lady for 15 mins until I felt compelled to leave the shop after replacing my intended purchases. Appalling... read full comment
