“Good shop, small Iceland but handy if popping into town. Do need a few more staff though as always queued at the tills but other than that there's a good selection of things, my only other concern is all the items above the freezers frustratingly very hard to get to if you aren't very tall.”

“Ok. Went to cafe. Paid and extortionate £2.8 for a tiny cappuccino, dispensed from a self serve push button machine. Toilets by the entance ok, clean enough and had paper. Quite a big store, but I didn't shop.”

“Handy shop with long opening hours. Car park next to shop with disabled parking spaces available too. Reasonable range of products slightly more expensive than larger supermarket prices however it is very convenient!”
“The other day my husband and I went in this store, we couldn't find what we wanted. I found aa member of staff and this young lady couldn't have been more helpful, she even opened up a till for us to complete our purchase.The young lady had her name badge on which said her name was Patty. This young lady is a total credit to herself, her parents and is definitely a big asset for the co-op.Thank you Patty, and all the best in the world.”

“Great opening times & great selection of goods. Huge chilled range, some frozen & breads are lovely. Some prices are a little more than a larger store but you would expect that from a convenience store. Helpful staff & decent car parking with cash machine is handy.”
“Shop here most weeks very convenient staff are pleasant and shopping there is good. Though some foods and sweets should be relocated to the front especially when there is prize attachments as noticed the creme egg competition alot of the wrappers had been tampered with.also people still manage to steal alcohol as we've seen it.told staff but still seems to happen. Not my problem but too many thefts causes prices to increase”

I placed a Click & Collect order today, but unfortunately it wasn’t ready due to a technical difficulty. We first called customer service, but they weren’t able to help us. When we then spoke to Magda, she was absolutely amazing. Despite being very busy, she was so kind, helpful and patient, and made sure we were looked after and got our order sorted. We had to wait for an hour, but we were happy to do so as we didn’t want to rush the staff, who were clearly struggling today. We really appreciate Magda’s effort, she has been working hard at that store for years now – she turned what was a stressful experience into a positive one. Please give her the recognition she truly deserves – we’re so happy with the service from her today!

“Love being able to use the scan and go as it makes my life alot easier and quicker. Especially when having a baby to take care of whilst shopping. People at the scan and go have great customer service. I switched from shopping at asda to here and love you can get personalised discounts from your shopping items through the nectar card and also get nectar priced items on a variety of products. The quality of the products are much better than other supermarkets. The baby changing room has a good changing station on a unit which is not weight restricted like most places and has a lot more space to maneuver prams or wheelchairs.”
