When we walked into the Perfume Shop, Bath 2 assistants and the manager were chatting among themselves, it took time before they noticed us but no one else was in the shop. We asked for an Aftershave but assistant didn't know it and called over to the manager who was now over in the corner looking at his phone, he ignored...
