Having gone in there a couple of days ago to spend a lot of money for my birthday treat. Found the staff rude and obnoxious. Too busy with other things Not only to myself but to other shoppers. Sadly. Have had better experiences elsewhere would not go back again…!!!!!

I bought two suede jackets from this store, all the staff were incredibly helpful, one of the jackets I bought was on line, ordering this was easy with next day delivery, and great service, delivered as promised to store next day for me to pick up - great customer service, all the staff are fantastic, Renz, was terrific... read full comment

I had a lovely experience shopping here. I was served by Sophie who was warm and personable, as well as being very helpful and supportive whilst I was trying to find a dress for a wedding. The clothes are beautiful and I came away with two new dresses, both of which I can't wait to wear.
