“My In-laws stayed here to celebrate their 35th Wedding anniversary and were absolutely in love with the place. They stayed in the John Eveleigh room and said it was fantastic, looked exactly like the images on the website. Before arrival the staff called them to ask if they could give them a gift for their anniversary, they left wine, Champagne (on Ice), chocolate truffles, cookies and a bowl of fruit in the room which my in laws loved. My MIL especially loved the roll top bath!! They had a turn down service as well. They ate in the dining room and they took allergies VERY seriously, MIL is allergic to shell fish, ordered the Cod and the chef went to serve it in the shell fish sauce, the waitresses noticed this and took it back to the chef and had him redo it with Zero shell fish, this did mean FIL food was a bit cold however they were happy with the food and the care taken.Short cab ride into town cost £9 or its about 30 min walk.Rooms: impeccably clean and beautifully staged”

“Stopped by here for just a moment on our way back from a hiking/camping weekend. Very friendly staff that gave us a much needed refill for our waterskins. The inside had the vibe of a cosy old english estate house, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and there were deer walking around out outside! Awesome place and I'm glad we dropped by. :)”

“I just wanted to add a review to say what brilliant service I receive at The White Company Store in Bath centre. The Manager and all the staff are so welcoming, attentive and generally so friendly. They all seem so genuinely lovely and its a pleasure to shop there.”

“Stayed here for a hen do. Really good location, nice and central but made parking difficult. If you are a large group would recommend using a parking app and getting an uber into the city centre. The house was lovely but we could have done with more chairs (we had to bring a chair and stool into the living room for everyone to sit at the table to eat together), we could have also used some more glassware too. The hot tub was great and instructions on use were clear. The bedrooms were comfortable and fun decor throughout.”

“Loved it right on top of everything. Perfect for new year and my 50th birthday as it was out but in. Lovely decor and comfortable beds. They even put Christmas Decs up. There is a lovely hot shower and long Bath. Parking permit was a choice of allocation parking to Dream stays which was very handy. Hotel reception very close if needed and plenty of shops and bars. The steps are very steep and quite a few so not advised if you have a bad leg or ailment but very worth the climb if you are fit and able. Many thanks for a lovely stay.”

“Nice easy hotel in the south of the city and near the train station! City centre is a 20/25min walk. Breakfast if as good as a buffet breakfast could be! The manager who also pulled pints behind the bar was a top bloke who looked after us! He was a five star ”
