They did up sell a bit but always asked for permission before getting my child too excited about the added extras. Overall cost was around £50 but it was worth it.”

“If you come for nothing else, then come for their fragranced candles! I'm a huge candle consumer, but if I can find others that hit the right note of fragrance for me & are less than half the price of the ones I currently buy, I'm sold! Asda Living have a very large range of all types of home fragrance & keep them changing with the seasons. I ended up with 3 large jar candles & am pleased with the aroma on burning. I love the fresh spa fragrances but ended up with others to try at that price!
This shop is amazing & not the same products you find in store at Asda supermarkets. The range & choice of products are very generous on 2 floors & prices are very affordable.
I don't live locally to Telford & can only hope my area gets an Asda Living in the future. Huge ranges of home & garden products & always a bargain or two to be found. Contemporary to retro style, prices for every pocket.
I highly recommend Asda Living especially if you're furnishing or refurbishing your home/garden.”

“So i Went into the store twice this week for trainers for me and for my son both times greeted by lovely Young Gentleman who i asked his name before i left and he was called Owen… he couldn’t do enough for me while shopping in store, really quick friendly and professional with a smile always! how ever i felt Guilty for owen as their was group of staff seem to be young ladies all having a giggle and laugh around the till area to which didn’t seem work related. Clearing knowing Owen was left on his own to work trainers which there was other customers around me waiting . Owen also took me to the till to pay.. and sorry to say but manners and attitude of the other staff was poor.JD is a store which i expect to be full of life vibrant kicking and ready with latest fashion with the same attitude with the staff to follow!i will be returning to shop here on the basis of Owens workmanship..But customer service in this store barr owen needs to be addressed.”

“Great place for jeans, Been in a couple of times for a pair of Levis, Staff are great very helpful and allow you to try on, been wanting to get some more but I never seem to catch it open when I walk past, need a couple more pairs.”

“Bought some trainers but sales assistant had no clue on the different issues that people have with feet. I suffer from high arches but there was nothing on the footwear displays for guidence. I ended up educating the sales assistant. I needed something for my HIIT class but nothing in the training section offered any cushioning and ended up buying a running trainer that offered everything I needed. Cushioning on both heel and ball as well as support on the sides. Thd training trainers I could see collapsing with too much side movement. I very much doubt he would know how to use the gait machine.”

Had a great experience delivered purchasing a wedding suit. The tailoring process was made easy, the suit was of high quality, and the delivery process was slick, and on time.

This is after I had a dreadful experience at the Moss Bros in Birmingham City centre, where the staff were rude and didn't seem to care at all.

“Myself and my mom had decided to get our ears re-pierced not something I personally jumped for joy about, but Sophie at the Telford shopping center branch was lovely and very reassuring, such a lovely young lady who explained everything as she went along, and for once in my life I didn't have the awful fainting side effects that I've experienced with past ear piercings.I would recommend Superdrug for piercings, thank you Sophie x”

“Friendly, helpful staff. Beware if making a special journey having checked stock/size availability online. The stock information takes 24 hours to update, apparently. In my case, online said my chosen product was in stock. It wasn't.”

She placed in suit case and tossed box.Later learned manufacturing sewn one up to tight and shorter.Manager did NOT hesitate to allow me to swap for another pair she admired..Sometimes manufacturing makes errors and even without box they stood by their products,reason only place we go,and they stock most recent offerings like back in the states..Nice people always working there.”
