Started great and went downhill from there. Even though the bed was ordered with an almost 4 month lead time they were still unable to deliver the bed on the day needed, resulting in there being no beds on the first night in my new home. Paul(driver) and Ian were very helpful and courteous delivered our mattress with care and put it in the room where we wanted it .
