Although the shop supplied us with the correct tiles, our fitter's estimate for the ammount of boxes was high. At the time of purchase we asked if we could return tiles. Overall experience, from start to finish has been amazing! Peter has been amazing and extremely helpful! Credit due, what a model employee! Phone updates on delivery status, singing me up for when stock returns etc! Thank you!!! Customer service at its finest!

From start to finish Paul was amazing. We visited the store a month ago and he was so helpful and helped us decide on what tiles to choose. We bought the tiles between Xmas and New year and today we came back to pick up tiles Again Paul was great and with another young lady loaded the car up for us .
