Having shopped at Phase Eight in Shrewsbury for many years, and have been delighted with the whole experience, I write to say that my last two visits to the shop have not been so pleasant or welcoming. Ion each of the two occasions I found the staff abrupt and quite snotty. Will not be visiting the shop again

Wonderful experience this morning personal shopping with the lovely Chloe. She had possible dresses, shoes and fascinators laid out beautifully on arrival and we were offered a glass of bubbly! I may not have found the dress yet but my daughter and I had a lovely time with chloe she was so helpful and friendly ?

What a great experience shopping with the lovley ladies in Phase Eight.
Made my wife feel special, definitely going back. If only for a warm as we are homeless lol.
