While exploring Shrewsbury, my wife and I stopped by White Stuff on High Street. The store had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. My wife appreciated the quality and distinctive styles of the clothing, and I found the seating area convenient while she tried on a few outfits. The free refreshments were a nice touch, making the shopping experience more comfortable. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and my wife left with a couple of pieces she's excited to wear.”

“Just had my M-1965 parka delivered and it's absolutely stunning. I'm normally a medium/large in coats so I ordered a small knowing that these are typically 2 sizes bigger and I am not disappointed. The coat fits perfectly and looks the part with the upgraded faux fur in the hood. Delivery was super fast as well. Highly recommended if You're looking for a 'proper' parka.

“It's changed a bit from the last time I was here. Woman's clothes as you come in, then baby's, children and last men's. The changing room is near the tills and where they used to be is household and sale items.
TBH It seems a lot more open and relaxing but that could just be the time I went.
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable of location of the items I was after and the young lady supervising the self checkout tills was one step ahead of my actions and ready to help.
All in all a great improvement from my last visit.”

“Wwnt to hire a suit for a wedding.very helpful polite staff, had an appt at 1 but was early and they still saw me.I'm very broad shouldered so was very limited on suits to hire as they are a small store but generally very happy with everything.might go to a bigger store next time to have more choice ?”

“Charlie's in Shrewsbury is a fantastic store. What don't they stock? They even have a Christmas light lady expert who helped us choose the right lights out of 50 sets or more.I bought the cheapest Ad blue I have ever seen.Great Christmas displays too.”

Yvonne, in particular, took the time to explain every detail of the process, answer all my questions, and carry out the piercing with great care and precision.

“I am huge fan of fat face and have always been so, now being back in a land lock county and missing the ocean a lot. Visiting the fat face store not only for their new marine themed products but also for the staff. I have come to know the staff well now due to being a regular customer! They all know me for the love of the marine environment and forever show me new attire, which is part of their job but they are also so pleasant to be around and kind hearted. I feel this is something that doesn’t really exist in retail nowadays, customer service or just having a wee conversation with someone that can really make their day. Understandable the sector isn’t the most pleasant to work in but make the most of it! You have a job as well and income! So I want to say a massive thank you to the fat face Shrewsbury's team! Forever make my day, although I feel I need to be banned from the shop due to spending so much money I don’t have any more due to being unemployed! Otherwise I’d be buying everything that is marine themed and then some! FatFace you are the ocean advocate by supporting the marine conservation society!”

“I went Into Barbour this afternoon to try on a few jackets. The staff were excellent, went over and above the call of duty, definitely went the extra mile to help me.The store was clean, tidy and very well presented. “An average charity shop. As part of a chain BHF's price's are higher than some other charity shops. This shop is often busy which is nice but can get difficult in narrow aisles and the staff whilst not rude are not very friendly either. Worth a visit for the more experienced chazzer only.”

“Lovely baby and children’s store with friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to help. A great shop for new Mum’s as there’s changing facilities, a changing room (with a chair so you can comfortably nurse in if needed) and for bigger children there’s even a little table in store for little ones to do some colouring in. Beautiful clothes and toys too.”
