Went into this store 2 weeks ago to get a sim deal on my mums phone as her contract ran out. Tom was great with us, got mum's bill down by more than half and got her a better broadband deal too. Whilst we were there Tom also looked at my broadband and managed to bump my speed up from 30 to 500 mbps for only an extra £3 a month and to top it all off he got me a cracking deal on the S25 Ultra. Overall great service from EE Oswestry we left as 2 happy customers well done and thanks Tom ?

Shocking service. Got giving a faulty sim with new number, took it back ten minutes later and replaced for a new one and was told he had cancelled it. Few weeks later it was shown as still active so I called EE who said it hadn?t been cancelled but they would cancel over the phone. Meanwhile I have been charged and it still shows as active. Get the feeling they lied about cancelling in store just to get an extra sale. Problem is if it doesn?t get resolved asap I will cancel all my subscriptions with them including fibre broadband.

Worst customer service imaginable. In addition to their business model, which is based on an insufficient data allowance, forcing an upgrade from £18 to over £30 for 24 month contract-Avoid EE at all costs- this is a SCAM!!!
Still waiting for PAC code after promised phone calls from staff 3 weeks ago!!!

Visited the store today as I was struggling to put the sim card in my phone due to being partially sighted. I was helped by Kieran who was polite, very helpful and treated me with respect. I was very grateful he sorted it for me. Well done Kieran.

Visited the store today to upgrade our contracted device but after being communicated false information from Tom who clearly had no idea what he was on about, whilst also repeatedly expressing a lack of enthusiasm or desire to communicate with ourselves and/or any customers in store. I wouldn?t waste your time, avoid franchise at all costs. Went straight into Vodafone next door, Josh and Rick were fantastic. After being in Vodafone 10 minutes we brought the IPhone 15 Pro Max that Tom couldn?t be bothered to look into for us. Says it all really. After being an EE customer for 15 years, I have never experienced such disgusting service from EE or any other reputable business I have ever visited.

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Advisor was really rude, had no idea what he was on about, shocking attitude towards ourselves and was observed being equally as rude to fellow customers in store. Avoid franchise at all costs.

Got a new phone recently, was served by a lovely lady with dark hair. Was recommended an A54 and I absolutely love the phone. Overhearing conversations in the background, however, and it seems that the men (at least the ones that were there) don?t respect the girls all too well. Disappointed at that aspect but everything else about my experience was wonderful. Highly recommend going to see any of the lovely girls there.
