    Appalling customer service from EE! I honestly do not know how they get away with it but honesty to customers is evidently a non existent criteria. AVOID!

    Went into this store 2 weeks ago to get a sim deal on my mums phone as her contract ran out. Tom was great with us, got mum's bill down by more than half and got her a better broadband deal too.
