It's says you can reserve items online but you can't all you can do is click, pay online and collect. You have to go in-store to reserve items which is very annoying. You can only reserve 1 item in store at a time, you can't add multiple items to the basket and fill out your information once. Staff are great and always... read full comment

Pre-ordered and went to collect. Very simple and easy to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Product was as described. Only took a star off as staff very pushy about trying to sell me extended warranty for item, even after stating several times I didnt want it. Other than that good experience
