“Pre-ordered and went to collect. Very simple and easy to do. Staff were friendly and helpful. Product was as described. Only took a star off as staff very pushy about trying to sell me extended warranty for item, even after stating several times I didnt want it. Other than that good experience”

“Good range of products, not very clear on the ordering process. No info of what they stocked outside inside the store but when you went to look in the warehouse section you're told you're not meant to be there without having paid for the item you want. The bloke we spoke to was very sound, had a look for us and did find the feed we wanted was in stock. Sent us back inside to pay, then the person serving on till basically told off for not not knowing the product code. Luckily another till assistant knew it off the top of her head. Felt very awkward but we got the feed we needed and at a cheaper price than available at other stores.”
