Sue Ryder shop in Ludlow WAS a shop with amazing customer service, and the design for Ali was amazing!! NOW Sue Ryder have decided they didn't like this shop to be that way , staff left and the shop is just a rag shop. Clothes all old, smelly and bitty, and asking top dollar for them, staff could do with a brush up . Well i cant believe the photo shows amazing boutique, charity shop with stylist wear. When i went this week, it was like a rag shop. what have you done to the shop bring back the old staff. They was well dressed and looking the part. We all know the name of Sue Ryder but do your shops have to look so bad, bring back the style to your name. Local also said they wasnt going there for clothes as they looked like rags and the place looked old.

The best charity shop in Ludlow in my opinion. Lovely manager and friendly staff and the shop is very well set out.

When I visited this shop I just thought WOW! The staff here have obviously put in a great deal of effort and work to create something really special and unique. An excellent shopping experience and a wonderful atmosphere. Very well done.

A "hidden gem" in Ludlow. Tucked away in Tower Street. Best Charity Shop ever. Fabulous stock. Great prices. Super friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful colouful displays in a well laid out shop. Well worth a visit!

My favorite Ludlow charity shop ! The style of the clothes in there is great, colourfull, unusual. And you can also have, for abit more expensive, some really unique and quality pieces (wedding dress, cocktail dresses, fancy or vintage dresses, coats). There is some jewellery aswell, and a little section for men. The clothes are very well selected.

This is the best charity shop in Ludlow for display alone. Always colourful and trendy. There is a real skill displayed here in how to look blooming great whilst recycling .It?s like walking into a trendy Camden Market stall. Brilliant.

Visited this shop today with my sister. Clothes were set out well and priced very reasonably. The lady who served us was friendly and very helpful. Would certainly visit this shop again and all in aid of a good cause too.

Absolutely love team SR in Ludlow, the manageress and her staff are fabulous.
There is always something wonderful, quirky and unique tucked away. Oh and the shoes dear sweet shoe heaven, the team feed my shoe collection every time I come in. I travel across from Hereford once a month, and it is so worth it. This fabulous shop and all the other little independent shops.

Astonished at the behaviour and rudeness of the so called Manager after commenting under my breath of how expensive an item was. As if I was not allowed to have my own opinion. I was not even talking to her and she ripped me to pieces. Will never go back there again!!! Rude rude rude.
