Sue Ryder shop in Ludlow WAS a shop with amazing customer service, and the design for Ali was amazing!! NOW Sue Ryder have decided they didn't like this shop to be that way , staff left and the shop is just a rag shop. Clothes all old, smelly and bitty, and asking top dollar for them, staff could do with a brush up . Well... read full comment

The best charity shop in Ludlow in my opinion. Lovely manager and friendly staff and the shop is very well set out.

Fabulous shop, unfortunately called twice today, sign says open to 4pm but was closed at 1pm?? Hope all is well
