Wish we had put our basket down and gone to savers. Queued at the front with no assistant, went to the back and queued, to be told by an ignorant gentleman to go to the front as he couldn’t help, despite ringing up non pharmacy goods for the customer in front of us. These guys (esp female pharmacist) were incredible with helping identify a problem with my wife who was feeling really rough on Tuesday, recommending she go to hospital... which was completely essential it turns out and more serious issues have been identified. Highly professional and helpful. Real credit to the company... read full comment

Pharmacy staff are rushed off their feet, but are so lovely and helpful. It is a challenging job that they do but it is done with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
