“The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. However, unfortunately there does seem to be a regular issue with opening late in the morning (5-10mins after the published 9am time). The store is quite small and unfortunately narrow so there is limited space inside), especially if disabled. It is also noticeable that the sadly the cleanliness of the store (floor especially) could be a lot better.”

“The staff here are so underated by the impatient public of ludlow and the abuse they get for trying their best is absolutly disgusting. so personally I think the majority of people who use this pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. Just show some respect and manors for someone trying to help you for god sake!!! Keep working hard guys at least a small handful of people notice what you do and have to go through.”
