I completed the contact form on 12th May to say that I was interested in adopting a cat shown on their website. I have received no email or phone call at all.

For two days we heard a dog being abused... the owner screaming at it, the poor dog crying in pain and fear... reported it to the police only to receive a text from them saying contact the RSPCA... called them only to be told that because we'd only heard the poor dog suffering and not seen it, they wouldn't do anything... read full comment

From 3rd January 2023, reception opening hours are now 11:00 to 15:00 every day except Wednesdays. We're open during these times for phone calls, emails and pre-booked visits, to make enquiries and/or arrange appt for visit.
