“Always been served as quickly as possible and always with politeness. Unfortunately people don’t take into account that Rowlands is moving towards an online service and allowing high street branches to stagnate. This is perfectly illustrated by the company only having one employee ( covering the roles of 3 previous employees plus her own) and using locum/agency staff that lack the same dedication, punctuality, drive and crucially, loyalty to customers. She is always polite even when faced with abuse and rudeness from frustrated and angry customers ( they would be leaving via the window if I was serving) so 5 stars but only because of Lynn.”
