“Staff helpful but thought they were quite rude as I simply asked if I could get some coins changed into notes the reply I got was “No! You Have to deposit it in an account- so what account you do want to put into” my request was simple and definitely did not deserve the response I got, a simple “unfortunately we can’t do that, you do have to put it into an account” would of been a more friendly response”

“Had a lovely woman named Laura who helped me put a cheque into the bank. She was very helpful, patient and understanding with me and still remained friendly and smiling. For someone who feels overwhelmed and out of place at the bank she really put me at ease, we need more people like Laura!”
