I hope they can maintain this.The shop layout is reorganised and feels almost as if the shop is larger. There is much more space, it feels more professional and organised as soon as you walk in to the shop.They have a 24-hour facility to collect your prescription - I have only just registered with that, so waiting to try it out.I am not sure if they have more staff than Lloyds had, but the staff appear less stressed and the sounds from the dispensing area seem less stressed or rushed.”
