“Bought a bed 2+ years ago. Experienced a back pain initially but ignored it. 90 days return period got over as we got used to the discomfort and forgot about the replacement. After almost 2 years we started feeling the springs in our back resulting in a very bad back pain. Had to buy a mattress topper to get some relief. Before disposing off the mattress tried dropping an email to the customer care team and they agreed to replace it under comfort guarantee scheme. Got a new hybrid one delivered with only 10% of the cost. This was my best experience ever buying a consumer product. Highly recommended place and will come back again when I need a new one.”

“Been at Dunelm this morning and visited the cafe area for roll n bacon and coffee just wanted to say how friendly and helpful the guy was in the cafe think Iain his name but so nice and nothing was a bother people around had been commenting as well on how he was will defo be back staff like this are so hard to come by he is a credit to the place.”

“Good selection of solid wood furniture. Note though that they always cycle the furniture through 3 prices, if you look in the price holder there is often the other prices the item will be sold at at some time. Speak nicely to staff and you can sometimes get the item you want at the best price even if it's not on offer. Also do a delivery, unpack and offer. While not cheap at £99 if you have an elderly relative and are ordering large items this service is a real plus.”

“Had my 40th birthday lunch yesterday with family & friends , the food was excellent and very well priced came out piping hot and everyone left an empty plate , special thanks for Zafar from the day we went into see venue up till last night was so helpful and went above n beyond to make sure my day was special , we had the side room there was 24 of us and the staff went above and beyond after lunch we got to play our own music and we got to spend the rest of the night in the room and unlike other places we didn’t get rushed out , the waitress Kayleigh was amazing so friendly and welcoming and everyone in the party spoke so highly of her , nothing was a problem she defo a credit to Redstones .Would highly recommendCan’t wait to visit again .Food & drinks: Food amazing & cocktail's 10/10 and so well priced”
