“The staff were absolutely fabulous. Kate in particular was so attentive & made me feel very comfortable. She was so patient with me. I was shown everything I needed & wanted. The Sleepmatch was terrific & showed me the exact mattress that suited me. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff looked after me so well. I cannot fault anything at all. Wonderful experience.”

“Just had the best Haggis, neeps and tatties EVER. I have lived in Scotland 18 years and this is the best I've eaten. Well presented with a panko style crust, a layer of neeps, topped with a generous swirl of mashed potato. Peppercorn sauce adds a bit of bite. James is an excellent host. Chef and staff are to be commended. Dog friendly inside too. Well worth a visit.”

“Our stay was great. We came with a child that has sensory issues so they upgraded us free of charge to a room that was on a quite side. Not around the area where the weading are being held. Staff was really nice. Great place to start your journey. I do recommend this place if you have a car. Not sure what are the options for public transport. I will defenatley be coming back”

“Kevin from the store on Great Western Road Glasgow was amazing nothing was a bother to assist us on choosing the best pillows to suit our needs. There was absolutely no pressure selling and for that we have decided to return in a few weeks to choose a new mattress. 5 stars to Kevin.”

“The receptionist and her colleague were so polite and welcoming - she had long dark hair, I forget her name. Her and her colleague were advising us about parking for the Tutankhamen Exhibition. She was just so genuine and had real customer service skills.”

“Spoke to someone over the phone then went up to look in person. Ended up showing me options available online. Mattress ordered and delivered to home. Would recommend, friendly and knowledgeable.”

“Best (flatpack) home store in the world! We bought a white cupboard which came with lots of options, fitted in a large car in the nicely sized parts. Quality products, great prices. Helpful friendly staff, foods good for eat in and takeaway shop, easy walkaround. Fabulous displays, self service screens in pick up warehouse, easy to find products, a recycle area, option for home delivery, large flat carpark. Charge points for EVs. Other big shops compliment it locally in a nearby retail park. Not easily walkable for most. Immaculate store.”

“A bit noisy because of the weak sound isolation between rooms. Location wise, it is a 10-minute walk to city centre, if you need convenience, another Travelodge would be better. But for quietness, this 1 is better”
