“Bought a new cooker first member of staff we dealt with was excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately when the cooker arrived I had damage on it. We tried to phone customer services and after 45 mins hanging on the phone went back to the store. Spoke with the manager in store who at the end up was very helpful and arranged to get cooker picked up and another sent from warehouse. Unfortunately the new one arrived with similar damage. Delivery boys were fantastic contacted there boss who was very helpful. Apart from Curry telephone customer service every member of staff we dealt with went above and beyond to help us.And wee mention to Lucas and Kevin (delivery guys) thank you for everything you done to get the issue sorted.”
