The museum displayed clear and interesting information, as well as many different items about the history of bagpipe playing. Our guide Jamie played the bagpipes fantastically for us, explained well and was kind enough to answer all of our questions”

“My happy place! Massive store with garden, sheet wood cutting service, tradepoint and building area. Rows of well ordered and stocked shelves of construction DIY materials faced up. Everything from hot tubs, Bbqs, lawmowers, to: lights, saws, plasterboard, bricks and slug killer. Big flat carpark with easy access. Trolleys in good shape, staff are always a delight.”

“I was delighted to receive my new Airpods for Christmas. Within the first week of using them, there was cracking and volume problems. I first contacted Apple's Live Chat to gain their expertise. After an hour with no success, Apple advised me to book an appointment in their Braehead store. This was not a good experience. The diagnostic showed no fault and after a further hour speaking to staff and finally the manager, I was told to return to Argos. I was met by Sharon, a very friendly and helpful member of staff who within 5 minutes had taken my information and organised a replacement pair. Argos is not a shop I visit very often however I was delighted that their customer service was exceptional. I cannot say the same for Apple Braehead, where I was left feeling patronised. I am glad that these Airpods were purchased from Argos and not directly from Apple. Had they been bought from Apple, I am certain I would still be left with a faulty product.”

Very good customer service ? ? this was a camera purchase and a lens that was bought at different times and returned to a different staff member every person I interacted with was brilliant ? I genuinely love the level of customer service here the staff about the product you have interest in and put the customer first. How ever I am annoyed the lens was faulty was a great price and now its return probably to go to a landfil”
