“I came from Canada to visit some family in Scotland and stopped at SPAR Portland Street with my relatives to get gas and some drinks and snacks for later on. Upon paying for my items I LEFT AN ENVELOPE WITH OVER 1000 POUNDS SITTING ON THE COUNTER INSIDE AND TOOK OFF TO LENZIE, WHERE WE WERE STAYING. After figuring out it was missing the next day, I called the store and talked to a young man and explained the situation and sure enough it was there! When I got there the next day to pick it up, each staff member had initialled the envelope and wrote a description (Thank you for noticing my "rockstar looks" ;) lol) Not a single pence missing! THEN IN AN ACT OF PURE CLASS THEY TOOK THE REWARD I GAVE THEM AND PUT IT IN THE CHARITY BOX! :O Unreal man, the staff at this location blew me away! I will talk about this story likely for the rest of my life and thankfully I can laugh about it because of the lovely LOVELY people here! THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GIVE EACH AND EVERY STAFF MEMBER AT THIS L OCATION A RAISE, AS YOU WOULD NOT HEAR ABOUT THIS TYPE OF THING IN CANADA AND THEY DESERVE IT!”

“I normally use a Morrisons store if I'm in the area & I need some things, but I don't normally do a 'full' shop here. This is the first time I've been in the Troon branch & it was in the evening when I visited, so there weren't many staff on duty or customers too. I came in for one item & spent almost £50 instead. Morrisons stock some lovely kids' clothes, but they don't have much in the way of clothes. That evening I bought some clothes for my grandkids as they were lovely & I've found that their clothes wash well & keep colour & shape well too.The Troon branch is large & has a great amount of parking spaces & it also has a petrol station on site too. The store stocks everything a household could ever need, from great food produce to brooms & garden products. I have found Morrisons more expensive for some items than their competitors, hence why I don't do a 'full' shop with them. At this Troon store, I dealt with two employees at the till area, the lady on the till who served me & a young man collecting the baskets. Both of them were extremely cheerful, pleasant, engaging & just downright lovely people. I also was served at the newspaper kiosk by a lovely young woman, who was very cheery, helpful & engaging too. These three employees were an absolute credit to their store & definitely great ambassadors for Morrisons. I asked questions, as I needed a certain item that I couldn't find & both of the employees from the till area went out their way to assist me. Out of all the Morrisons I've been in, this store has to be the best. The best for the items they sell & the best for their customer service. I would actually go out my way to visit this store again, albeit not for certain items that I deemed expensive, but for how I felt leaving the store. Happy! Thank you for making me feel this way, especially after a long, hard day.”

“Nice little store, be nice to their staff, remember this store closes at 10pm 6 days a week, way too many people are entitled about this, put yourself in their shoes and stop demanding a red carpet welcome from retail workers.”
