Haven't been for a few years but it used to be a fabulous restaurant and pub, in a stunning location. Always wanted to go back some day. We stayed at Meldalloch lodges a few miles times but they tended to accommodate more to the Dutch as the years went on. Our last stay was probably around late 1990s.

What a magical place. It has the atmosphere of a cosy pub, but the food is absolutely excellent. We had the roast cod which was caught in Loch Fyne, and it was one of the best fish dishes we've tried. The langoustines were also really fresh and tasty in the garlic sauce. It's a bit off the beaten track but totally worth...
