Hosts are externally welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast was great.
Highly recommend this as a great place to stay in a bit so large, but large enough city on the east coast of Scotland

The beds and the room were clean, but from what I saw it seemed a bit run down, despite the newer bathrooms (which were shared/in the hallway with me). However, I found the service to be very attentive and the food was ok.

Nice place. Well furnished, comfortable rooms. Breakfast not buffet, very good and varied. Kind owners. In the evening we had dinner outside. I recommend moving early because the places, almost all of them from the port, close the kitchen early.
