Despite my amateur plumbing status, Matthew and the other staff have always been friendly and helpful. Because I didn’t know what I would need, I over bought the plumbing parts and joints I thought I might need on the understanding that I could bring the surplus back. I did that a few days later with no issues and NO restocking fee as mentioned by another reviewer.
