The food was quite good at what is essentially a csfeteria. I ordered a ham sandwich and got pasta salad and green salad on the side. I was confused about where to order and the cashier took care of me. For the crush of people in line it was quiet deeper in the cafe.

It's a great place to have a bite. We went at about 12 h, and when we were leaving, the queue was much longer than we when we arrived. The staff is attentive and kind. We were visiting Stirling Castle on July 10 and at 3:30pm we stopped into the beautifully appointed Unicorn Cafe to have an afternoon snack, cold drink and coffee. The kitchen was closed but there was a nice bakery selection of cakes and muffins available. Our family of 4 selected four deserts, 4 cold drinks and 2 coffees.... read full comment
